In late 2023, the Health and Safety Division challenged our O2X team to increase the number of firehouse workouts they were taking part in. In the final quarter of 2023 there were 58 firehouse workouts conducted by the team. In Quarter 1 of 2024 that number grew to 71. In Quarter 2 of 2024, O2X conducted 122 firehouse workouts! Great job O2X team!
